80% commission — $299.00 per year from join date

when 2nd yearly purchase/sale occurs 2027 fees are covered, up to $1,350, when 4th occurs 2026 fees are covered up to additional $1,350. Then 3 deal per year in 2027 and beyond to extend up to $1,350 per year.

Sales Associate / Agent — $100.00 per year from join date

SALES ASSOCIATE / AGENT, "hangs" license and can refer only, receives 25% on in house referrals handled by broker. (80% commission on out of state referrals)
